Garden centers and plant nurseries sell annuals, perennials, shrubs, trees, vegetables and houseplants, along with soil, mulch, fertilizer, pots and tools. Independent nurseries often grow part of their own stock and carry varieties that do well in the local climate, while big-box garden departments compete on price for common plants. Wholesale nurseries and growers sell to landscapers and sometimes to the public at volume prices; tree nurseries sell balled-and-burlapped and container trees and can deliver and plant large specimens. Specialty growers focus on bonsai, cactus and succulents, orchids or native plants, and hydroponics stores sell lights, nutrients and systems for growing indoors.

As a contractor who has spent years working with County Line, I feel the need to speak up after reading a recent review that was not only negative, but completely disrespectful and inappropriate. I have consistently had professional, knowledgeable service from the staff here. This is a nursery not a big box store and the people working there actually understand plants, materials, and what contractors need to get jobs done right. That level of knowledge is something you don’t always find, and it should be respected. What’s concerning is not the complaint itself because everyone is entitled to their opinion but the way it was expressed. Making comments that target someone personally, especially in a disrespectful or generalized way, is unacceptable. It says more about the person writing the review than it does about the business or its employees. From my experience, the team at County Line works hard every day dealing with contractors, deliveries, and customers who often come in without a clear plan. That takes patience, professionalism, and real experience. I’ve seen them handle situations respectfully, even when customers are not. If there was a misunderstanding or a bad moment

Absolutely disgusted with the new staff here. They must’ve changed administration or ownership. I have spent thousands buying in the past with them throughout the years. The female Hispanic in the office now should never be in a customer facing job EVER. I visited couple of weeks ago and left without purchasing anything because of her lack of empathy and customer service, hoping to go back and that she wasn’t the one attending the office. She was the one there today and she was just as awful. Needless to say will never be back. Price wise is average but has good quality plants when it comes to trees, cypress, landscaping design alternatives.
